I do not know if I would recommend any Coldwell Banker, but I certainly would recommend Chris Conte 100 out of 100 times.

The realtor Chris Conte was amazing to work with.. Was always there to answer any questions or to explain anything. And he always kept us up to date on the what was happening with the whole process of buying a home. I would recommend him to any one.

Chris and his team make you feel like their priority at all times through out the process. The attention to detail every step of the way makes the experience very personable and stress free. Chris consistently goes above and beyond to find properties that align with a buyers needs and wants and doesn’t waste your time with throwing too many properties your way which helps ensure mitigation of headache in a very overwhelming process. Chris picked up my sellers agents slack a long the way and didn’t let that impact my transaction. He is very committed, knowledgeable and that is why this is the second time I e used Chris. I already do recommend him because he is great at what he does and raises the bar to ensure your experience is top notch wether buying or selling.

If you are looking for a realtor in the Saratoga Springs area that has YOUR best interest in mind then Chris is your guy. We were first time home buyers and were attempting to purchase from California. We gave Chris a pretty hard task to complete with our budget and location restrictions but he helped us find a home that we absolutely love. The entire process should have been overwhelming but his knowledge of the area and home buying process helped us feel comfortable and confident. He always went the extra mile for us and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase in the Saratoga area.

I have moved around a lot in my career and Chris is one of the best agents that I have used. He was extremely professional and well prepared. During the inspection process, some unexpected items came up and Chris helped to walk me through them which really made the process much smoother. I highly recommend him. Chris knew I was in the market for a reasonably priced in-town home in Saratoga Springs, NY and when one hit the 'hot sheets' he reached out to me that same day, thinking it would go fast. We walked through it thoroughly and Chris wrote up an offer that we felt was strong. Upon presenting the offer to the seller's agent, he was originally told they were going to honor the showings scheduled for the next day. About an hour later (we assume after our offer was formally presented to the seller), the agent called to advise they had accepted our offer. That pretty much sums up Chris' local knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness.

My wife and I were really delighted to meet Mr. Conte. The first thing that comes to mind when I think about our work with Mr. Conte is that we always felt like we were his only client--but of course that was not true! It's just that he was always accessible to us and we felt that we had his sole attention. He pointed out several things during the process that we could never have known without his guidance. And when our home purchase encountered any complications, he immediately knew what to do. Moreover, he referred us to so many trusted others (e.g. inspectors, legal advice) that just made the entire process much less stressful than it could have been. Mr. Conte is a super-friendly person and absolutely an expert at what he does.

I started my new home search casually on Zillow, Chris contacted me when I requested a showing for a home. While that home was already sold, Chris still offered to come meet with me, even when I wasn't totally sure what I was looking for. He took the time to explain his expertise, and the process, and helped me prioritize what I was looking for and in what areas in a in-depth meeting at my home. He pointed me in the direction of some options and I got a better feel for what I wanted in terms of neighborhoods and home types. I didn't search too aggressively, and Chris never pestered me. I reopened my search more formally in the fall, and Chris not only helped me find a great place, but also helped me list and sell my home within 3 weeks. He was very responsive and available. When we hit some bumps in the purchase of my new place, he worked not only with me, but my attorney to lessen the stress and expedite the process. I can honestly say Chris was a great partner and I would recommend his services to anyone in looking to live in beautiful Saratoga County. Thanks!
